Maestro Jorge Luis is a professional argentine tango teacher, educated in the art of the authentic argentinian tango by his forefathers whose tango legacy was passed down to him since childhood.

 

He is the founder of the Tango Academy of Arizona.

His teaching is rooted in the traditions of the Montserrat neighborhood known as the cradle of tango in Buenos Aires-Argentina where he was born, raised and educated.

 

Because of his unique talent for educating, teaching and dance, maestro Jorge Luis is highly regarded among the best tango educator and teacher of his generation recognized by students and peers alike.  He was educated and trained in the performing arts from a very early age.

 

Maestro Jorge Luis has been teaching human interaction, the urban poetry of tango, the music and the dance of the authentic Argentinian Tango, Milonga, Candombe and Vals Cruzado for over two decades in the United States.
